How long does shipping take?
Prints: Up to 14 business days maximum from order to delivery.
Originals: Up to 7 working days. Please allow time to process and package.
Commissions: Timeline varies based on size and medium, typically 4-6 weeks total from initial deposit to delivery. This includes consultation, creation time, any revisions and shipping. Larger pieces or complex subjects may require additional time—I’ll provide a specific timeline during our consultation.

What is your return and refund policy?
Commissions:
No returns on commissions as they are tailored to each individual.
No refunds on the commission deposit (50% of the overall price).
Original Artworks:
No returns on original artworks purchased unless it has been discussed with the client that a return is acceptable.
Prints:
Can return prints within 2 days after they have arrived.
The client will pay for delivery to return the print.
Refunds cover only the cost of the print, not delivery.
